Key Responsibilities
-
Act as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and inbound inquiries
- Deliver strong customer service and build lasting relationships
- Process orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment
- Support front counter operations and manage customer flow
- Collaborate with technicians and internal teams to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and order details
- Utilize computer systems for order entry, invoicing, and communication
- Assist customers with product-related inquiries, including:
o Power Take-Offs (PTOs)
o Pumps
o Drivelines
Qualifications & Skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Reliable and dependable with consistent transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Team-oriented with a willingness to support multiple functions
Some knowledge of powertrain, hydraulics, or related fields is a plus

Prior experience in counter sales, parts, or customer-facing roles
- Background in mechanical, automotive, or industrial environments
- Exposure to powertrain or hydraulic components is helpful but not required
