Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing direct nursing care and medication administration
- Communicating compassionately with residents and families
- Monitoring and documenting care and progress
- Participating in continued training to keep growing your skills
What You Bring to the Table:
- Current LPN license (State of PA)
- Ability to handle the physical demands of LPN responsibilities
- Great communication, teamwork, and a heart for caregiving
- Strong organization and clinical skills
