We are currently hiring year-round Front of House Team Members for the following roles: Busser, Pizza Counter / Front Register, and Food Runner. These are not seasonal positions. We’re looking for dependable individuals who want to be part of our team long-term.
Responsibilities:
- Busser: Clear and reset tables quickly, maintain cleanliness of dining areas, support overall service flow
- Food Runner: Deliver food accurately and efficiently, ensure orders are complete, assist with communication between kitchen and front of house
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across all service areas
- Provide friendly, efficient service in a high-volume environment
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Some previous experience in the service industry required
- Prior experience in any of the listed roles preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- References from previous employers required
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy rushes
- Bilingual is a plus
Availability Requirements:
- Must be available for lunch shifts
- Weekend availability is required
Compensation:
- Hourly pay (based on experience)
- Additional earnings through tip pools (applicable roles), providing income on top of base pay
