Achieve daily KPIs (Per Client Average, Member Conversion %, revenue targets)
Consult clients on the best membership and service mix for their desired results
Promote services, retail products, and upcoming events
Build long-term client loyalty and retention

Follow and enforce all UV safety regulations

$17.25-18/hr base
Uncapped commission structure
Top performers earn $10,000–$15,000+ annually in commission
Clear path to Assistant Manager within 12–18 months
Ongoing leadership and sales training
6–8 hour shifts
3, 4 or 5 days per week
Must be 18 to Apply
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years customer service experience
1+ year sales experience
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
