Bear Mountain Healthcare a skilled nursing facility in Great Barrington, MA, is looking to hire a Fulltime Cook.
Experience in food service in an institutional setting is preferred, but not required. Expected duties include but are not limited to:
- Assists with food preparation
- Prepares food items/ ensures safe food handling practices
- Willing and able to use institutional equipment for food preparation
- Be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Able to read, write, and understand the proper diet language [will train]
- Able to work well with residents, staff and supervisors
- Good communication/interpersonal skills
