Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers, utilizing your mixology skills and beverage recipe knowledge
- Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Create innovative drink recipes and assist in beverage menu development to enhance guest experience
- Serve food items with attention to presentation and quality, ensuring adherence to food safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
- Manage cash transactions accurately while processing payments and handling cash responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and kitchen station in compliance with health regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience
- Strong knowledge of POS system; familiarity with cashiering functions is essential
- Demonstrated expertise in cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine service, and beverage recipe development
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedure
- Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and order calculations are necessary
- Hospitality industry experience with a focus on customer satisfaction is highly valued
