Store Manager – Egg Tuck

About Us
Egg Tuck is a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant serving high-quality Korean-inspired egg sandwiches and fresh menu items. We're looking for an energetic, reliable, and experienced Store Manager to lead our team, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members
- Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
- Manage inventory, place orders, and control food and labor costs
- Open and close the restaurant as needed
- Monitor sales, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Motivate the team to achieve sales and performance goals
- Ensure compliance with health department and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Food Handler and Manager certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain them)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
