Keffer Construction and Remodeling LLC is seeking a dependable skilled construction laborer to join our growing team serving Tuscarawas County and surrounding areas. We specialize in residential remodeling and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work every time.
Responsibilities include knowledge of all areas of construction (Interior and exterior), framing, finish carpentry, installing doors, trim, and cabinetry. Flooring installation, drywall hanging and finishing, demolition. Exterior remodeling, including siding, soffit, fascia, windows, doors, decks, and other repairs or installations. Using power tools safely, job site organization and cleanup, trouble shoot issues with minimal supervision, work professionally with homeowners and team members.
Qualifications. 3+ (plus) years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience preferred a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50 plus pounds and perform physical work. Dependable daily attendance required. Ability to work independently and lead a small crew when appropriate.
Pay $20 to $25 per hour based on experience, skill level, and reliability. Benefits include steady year round work, performance based pay increases, a supportive family-oriented work environment, and company apparel.
