Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a LPN Clinical Supervisor for a full-time position which will report into our office in Cabot, PA.

Who you are as a LPN Clinical Supervisor:
- Licensed in PA as a License Practical Nurse
- 1 years of post-licensure experience (supervisory experience recommended)
- Warm, approachable, and communicative — people come to you for guidance
- Skilled in managing clinical standards while supporting individual growth
- Passionate about empowering others and improving client outcomes
What you’ll do as a LPN Clinical Supervisor:
- Supervise and support a team of clinicians (e.g., therapists, nurses, case managers)
- Provide regular clinical supervision and case consultations
- Ensure clinical documentation and services meet quality standards and compliance
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff
- Help create a healthy, team-centered work environment where people can thrive
