Centerpointe for Children is an occupational therapy clinic in Orange County, California, serving toddlers, children, teenagers, and their families in optimizing participation in daily life activities. We provide family-focused, thorough, and individualized client care with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and sound clinical reasoning. We are a teaching and training facility mentoring therapists and professionals in Ayres Sensory Integration (ASI). Applicants with experience and advanced training in ASI and the administration of the Evaluation of Ayres Sensory Integration (EASI) are encouraged to apply! We offer continuing education, advanced practice certification, and mentorship opportunities in ASI to all our employees.

Employee Qualifications:
As a Centerpointe therapist you must have:
- Advanced training in sensory integration or interest in obtaining advanced practice certification in this area
- Be committed to evidence-based practice
- Delivery of thorough and high-quality services

This position is best suited for an individual that is highly organized, playful, creative, well-spoken, entrepreneurial, and supportive in their communication with families. Centerpointe is a growing company in need of proactive therapists skilled in their attention to detail and ability to connect closely with clients and their families. You would be a perfect fit as a Centerpointe therapist because you possess comfort and ease with:
- Communication with clients and parents
- Delivery of an Ayres Sensory Integration approach (advanced training in Ayres Sensory Integration would be an asset)
· Application of Data-Driven Decision Making
· Advanced training in feeding therapy
· Proficient in administration of a variety of pediatric assessment tools including EASI, PDMS-2, BOT-2, Bayley, Beery VMI, and THS
- Written comprehensive reports
- Writing measurable goals and outcomes
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and Evaluations (IEE)
- Online scheduling and documentation systems
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of comprehensive evaluations
- Delivery of thorough treatment services
- Clear documentation of treatment outcomes
- Maintaining, organizing, and cleaning treatment materials and therapy space
- Maintaining a professional license
- Email, voicemail, and face to face communication with clients and community partners
- Participation in supervision and mentoring meetings
- Maintaining caseloads and scheduling
- Clinic, home, community, and school-based practice
- Communicating with new clients and ensuring documentation is secured
- Maintaining HIPPA standards
- Ensuring client files are maintained, organized, and up to date

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
