Job Summary
MoWest Baseball is looking for individuals to assist with the Baseball Program for the 2026 and 2027 season. This position supports the Baseball program by assisting with the maintenance and improvement of the baseball field, batting cages, locker room, and other team facilities. The student employee will help maintain the high standards established for the program while gaining hands-on experience in facility and equipment operations.
Essential Duties
This position will help with:
- The organization of supplies & equipment of the MoWest baseball program
- Field work & maintenance at the sports complex
- Maintenance of gear & items of locker room of baseball team
- Camp workers
Required Qualifications
- Current MoWest student
- Degree Seeking
- Must maintain a 2.0 GPA
- Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a player or manager for a baseball team preferred
- Experience with athletic field maintenance or groundskeeping
- Simple math skills
- Organizational skills

- Dependable

- Have an understanding of baseball
Physical Demands
Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
