Full Time Portfolio Manager Needed. Pay is $50,000 - $75,000 per year depending on experience and size of portfolio.
Will be responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, maintenance, and security functions of the communities they manage.
Responsibilities include:
* Provide Management reports to the Board of Directors
* Perform violation inspections
* Solicit Bids for maintenance, construction, and community projects
* Track Architectural Changes
* Monitor Compliance with Rules and Regulations
* Prepare postings of Agenda for meetings
* Play active role in day to day activities of the Association
* Prepare and handle all Association Meetings
* Assist with budgeting
* Take care of Common Areas
* Support data requests
* Handle purchase and Lease applications
Requirements:
* Active CAM license in state of Florida
* MUST have at least 5 years portfolio management experience
* Advanced command of computer systems (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Outstanding Customer Service
* Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills
* Strong knowledge of Florida Statutes and Community Association Guidelines
* CAM license for at least 5 years
