Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full Time Position
Let’s Talk & Do Therapy – South Gate, CA
Let’s Talk & Do Therapy, a bilingual pediatric speech and occupational therapy clinic in South Gate, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a full‑time basis. This role is ideal for a clinician who values collaboration and child‑centered care.
Position Overview
- Role: Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Hours: Full time
- Setting: In‑clinic (South Gate) and In-Home in the surrounding area
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
- Start Date: May
- Days: Monday through Friday
Demographic
- Ages: 1 - 17; most clients are ages 1 to 7
- Disability: A variety of diagnoses and delays that impact sensory and fine motor.
Specialty desired
- Provide parent and client support for a variety of skills related to safe eating
- Provide parent and client support in building self-regulation, comfort, and participation in daily routines.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist Responsibility
Provide high‑quality pediatric OT services

Pediatric Occupational Therapist Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- A clinician who values teamwork, compassion, and evidence‑based practice
Language
- Spanish-English OT is strongly preferred but not necessary.
