We are hiring Entry-Level Client Care Coordinators to provide professional communication, appointment assistance, and follow-up support to prospective clients. This full-time Orlando position includes structured paid training and opportunities for advancement.
No prior industry experience is required. We train candidates who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
What You Will Do
Speak with clients who requested information
Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and appointment reminders
Provide professional communication through phone, text, and email
Maintain detailed and accurate client records
Help create a consistent and positive client experience
Work closely with senior advisors and leadership
You will communicate with individuals who have already requested information. The role does not involve calling randomly selected consumers.
