Southwest Asthma & Allergy Associates is looking for a qualified Part-Time Certified Medical Assistants for our Midtown Office, located at 2900 Smith Suite 215, Houston TX 77006.
Candidates should have 2-3 years experience in a medical office and have good communication skills. We are looking for the right candidate that enjoys working with patients. Come and join a great team!
Duties include:
*Rooming patients
*Obtaining patient history, chief complaint and taking vials
*Performing skin testing
*Performing pulmonary function testing
*Allergy injections
Requirements:
*Our practice maintains an electronic medical records system, computer competence is necessary
Certification is required and graduation from an accredited CMA program.
Bilingual - Spanish is necessary
