Office Cleaning Technician
Part-Time | Approximately 30 Hours Per Week
$16.00 - $20.00 per Hour (Based on Experience)

Are you someone who takes pride in creating clean, organized, and welcoming spaces? We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Cleaning Technician to help maintain two professional office facilities in the greater Peoria area. We understand schedules vary and can offer flexibility in start and end times for the right candidate. Typical schedules are 1:00 PM-7:00 PM or 2:00 PM-8:00 PM. Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities
· Dust mop and wet mop tile floors using approved sanitizing products
· Vacuum carpets, rugs, and entry mats
· Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, countertops, toilets, urinals, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces
· Refill paper products and restroom supplies
· Dust accessible desks, furniture, partitions, and window ledges
· Clean breakrooms, including sinks, countertops, microwaves, tables, and floors
· Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
· Clean interior glass entry doors
· Report supply needs and maintenance concerns
Qualifications
· Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Professional, respectful, and trustworthy
· Comfortable working around office employees when needed
· Ability to bend, lift, reach, walk, and stand throughout the shift
· Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred
