At Terry Town, our Customer Service team is responsible for owning the customer experience from start to finish, not just responding to emails or passing along requests.
We are looking for a reliable, accountable, and proactive Customer Service Representative who takes full ownership of their work and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
This role is ideal for someone who values stability and responsibility, and is looking for a long-term opportunity, not a short-term role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from creation through delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact and owner for assigned customers
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, operations, warehouse)
- Follow up on open tasks, without needing reminders
- Maintain accurate, organized records of orders and communications
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
- Take full ownership of issues and ensure complete resolution
Requirements
- Previous call center, customer service experience preferred, order management, or similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Windows operating system
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
· Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technology and customer service tools
- Comfortable in a structured, process-driven environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
