We proudly transport thousands of cruise guests each season — and now we’re expanding our team as we take on full-service transfer operations for Carnival Cruise Line.
We are hiring Meet & Greet Agents to support Carnival Cruise Line bus transfers between the airport and cruise port.
You’ll be the first point of contact for cruise guests — greeting passengers, directing them to our check-in kiosk, coordinating bus loading, and helping ensure a smooth, organized transfer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests at airport baggage claim or port terminals
- Direct passengers to our transfer check-in area
- Assist with guest flow and bus coordination
- Communicate with drivers and team members
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Open availability (early mornings, weekends, holidays)
- English required | Spanish a plus
- Airport, port, hospitality, or cruise experience preferred
