The TO (Test Operator) will assist the resale team by preparing resalable goods. Their objectives are: wipe all data, accurately test systems and report the results, prepare failed tested systems for repair, and to have material ready for shipping. The TO is required to progress their testing abilities by learning how to test and repair a wide range of technologies. The TO reports to the department supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Basic material handling duties

Loading and unloading of computers to/from pallets

Sorting of scrap and parts

Packaging and stacking computer equipment

Cleaning and removing labels

Counting
- Dismantle computer equipment

Low level repair and testing desktops, laptops and peripheral parts

Performs other incidental related duties as required and assigned
- High School graduate or GED

Basic reading, writing, and math skills

Intermediate Excel knowledge with manipulation

Basic knowledge and identification of computer parts and products helpful

Must have knowledge and experience working with computers and laptops

Must be able to run test software and update units in inventory software
Working Environment
Non Climate Controlled Warehouse Environment. Minimum Required PPE for all positions includes steel toed shoes, safety glasses, gloves and other required PPE for additional functions.
