support and guide the healing process through a range of theoretical orientations and
therapeutic interventions with the primary outcomes of awareness, empowerment,
grounding, and growth. Our practice serves children, adolescents, adults, families, and
the LGBT+ community.
Onyx Therapy Group is looking for licensed or experienced Mental Health
Counselors in Maryland & Washington D.C.
Ideal Candidate
- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Counseling, Social Work, or a
related subject from an accredited university.
- Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC/LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), or Licensed
Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
- Available to participate in group supervision sessions (typically scheduled the third
Saturday of each month).
- Able to work a hybrid model of in-person and/or virtual counseling.
Candidate will have two options:
Hybrid Option = 8 hours required per week. At least one day of in-person
sessions.
Remote Option= 12 hours required per week. 100% remote option.
