What’s the role?
As a Branch Supervisor you’ll be an encouraging leader, who has a steady presence that your team can count on. Whether it’s assisting the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations, coaching staff, and helping, making sure that our members feel seen, heard, and valued you’ll be at the heart of the action. You’ll balance the details of Branch Supervision with the heart of DuGood’s mission; putting people first in everything we do.
A day in the life might include:
- Greeting members with a smile, and making sure your team does the same
- Coaching employees to do their best work
- Handling vault responsibilities and approving checks, wires, and loans (within guidelines)
- Loan applications and opening new accounts
- Promote DuGood products and services tat help our members reach their goals
- Ensure every interaction is a positive, helpful experience for our members
You might be the perfect fit if you:
- Have a background in banking or credit unions (new accounts + loan processing = required!)
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A desire to grow personally and professionally; and help others do the same
- A heart for service, a head for problem-solving, and a calm presence under pressure
