Backed by over 57 years of industry experience, we are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Marketing & Business Development Representative to help grow our customer base and strengthen our market presence.
Position Overview
The Marketing & Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, facility managers, and project owners, and promoting Anchor Stone Fabrication's HVAC ductwork and sheet metal fabrication services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.
- Generate leads and establish relationships with:
- Mechanical Contractors
- General Contractors
- HVAC Companies
- Engineering Firms
- Architects
- Schools, Hospitals, Labs, and Industrial Facilities
- Manage social media, website content, and online marketing campaigns.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings.
- Coordinate customer outreach through email, phone, and in-person visits.
- Assist with proposal preparation and customer presentations.
- Maintain customer relationship databases and follow-up activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, sales, business development, construction, HVAC, manufacturing, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of HVAC, sheet metal fabrication, construction, or industrial markets is highly desirable.
