Full Time Temporary (6 months max)
Location - Hybrid, Orlando, FL.

The Kind of Work You'll be Doing:

Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of staff members in a timely manner.

Prepare ad hoc queries, reports, or analytics utilizing Query, BI Publisher, or other similar tools.

Assist users in analyzing software errors or deficiencies by troubleshooting to determine the causes or issues, and identifying the best way to resolve the problem.

Make basic functional updates to assigned systems as needed.

Process requests to set up or restore permissions to the appropriate system.

Train human resources and organizational staff on system access and utilization.

Conduct testing activities for enhancements and issue resolutions within HR systems, ensuring new features and fixes meet quality standards and business requirements.

Perform weekly audits as assigned and ensure business rules are in compliance.

Experience and Skills:
Minimum 4-year degree plus 1-3 years of experience in functional HR, HRIS, or IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
