Westar Foods, Inc., a Hardee's franchisee, is seeking energetic and motivated Shift Leaders to join our management team. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, with shifts available from early mornings through evenings.
As a Shift Leader, you will help lead restaurant operations by coaching team members, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring every guest receives quality food in a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts.
- Ensure quality food, exceptional service, and restaurant cleanliness standards are met.
- Assist with daily operations, including breakfast, drive-thru, dining room, and kitchen functions.
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance and service.
- Lead by example and create a positive guest experience.
- Help maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company operational standards.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of food service or restaurant experience required.
- Experience with breakfast and drive-thru operations preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing quality work and outstanding guest service.
- Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background screening.
