Position Description:
- We are seeking a high-level Medical Receptionist to join our team.
- Internal title is Patient Care Coordinator (PCC).
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent patient care skills, superior customer service abilities, and advanced tech-savvy skills.
Duties:
- Ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients while efficiently managing administrative tasks.
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Patient Registration
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and manage the clinic’s calendar.
- Verify patient information and update electronic medical records (EMR) accurately.
- Insurance verifications
- Answering inbound calls/Making outbound calls
- Payment processing along with financial counseling
Location/Travel:
- Our offices are located in Little Rock & North Little Rock in order to meet full-time hours.
- Travel to North Little Rock 2-4 times a month
- Fully paid travel to Houston for training may be required ( 1-2 weeks)
Schedule:
- Full-time job: 32–40 hours per week, 8hr shifts
- Work Monday through Friday
- Sat & Sun required as needed
- Shifts can start anywhere from 6:15 am to 7:30 am
- Shifts can end anywhere between 3:15pm to 4:30pm
- Your schedule will change from week to week

Requirements:
- 18-month minimum commitment
- Spanish Fluency
- You must have a flexible schedule
- A+ customer service-oriented attitude, charismatic
- Excellent phone skills
- Tech savviness - Experience with EMR systems and Google Workspace
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
