Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our RTA Delivery Crew. This is a physically demanding position focused on delivering and distributing ready‑to‑assemble (RTA) cabinetry and related materials to multifamily job sites.
This role requires regular lifting, carrying materials up and down stairs, working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, and spending time on active construction sites. Driving a box truck is a strong plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload delivery trucks with RTA cabinetry, countertops, and related materials
- Deliver materials to multifamily job sites and disperse cabinets to individual apartment units
- Carry materials up and down stairs and throughout buildings as required
- Safely operate company vehicles; box truck driving experience is a plus
- Work in the elements and on active jobsites
- Assist installation crews as needed to keep projects moving
- Perform warehouse duties including staging, organizing, and preparing deliveries
- Follow all safety policies, lifting procedures, and jobsite rules
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record preferred
- Box truck driving experience is a plus
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials regularly (50–75 lbs)
- Comfortable with stairs, physical labor, and being on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to work on construction sites and in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Construction, delivery, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
