We're a growing gift shop with a passion for curation, creativity, and great customer experiences. We're looking for someone who brings energy, taste, and initiative — someone who can charm a customer, straighten a shelf, and flag a website update all before noon.
THE ROLE
What You'll Do Every Day
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth and product knowledge
- Keep the shop floor looking beautiful — thoughtful layout, visual merchandising, and displays that invite browsing
- Count, track, and manage inventory with accuracy and care
- Spot what's running low and flag it before it's a problem
- Offer suggestions on the website — what's missing, what could be better, what's worth highlighting
- Keep the owner updated on sales trends, customer feedback, and anything worth knowing
- Bring ideas — your eye for what works is genuinely valued here
ABOUT YOU
