Lead Manager/Driver Duties
- Assist in Route Coverage, determined by staffing availability
- Participate in overflow coordination, communicate changes to team members/support staff
- Train and mentor new and less-experienced drivers
- Daily Safety Briefings
- Verify safe loads and proper paperwork

Additional
Assist with loading, unloading, and delivery of freight at designated locations, as required. This will require the ability to move up to 1,000 pounds, with the proper equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis when performing deliveries. It will also require the ability to navigate a freight scanner and properly scan all freight being loaded and delivered.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driving License, Class C, No endorsements
- 2 Years related experience
- Able to pass random drug screens and maintain a clean driving record.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and FMCSA compliance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and possess the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overnights, as required.
- Proficient with GPS, ELD systems, email, and basic dispatch communication.
- Ability to provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Wage Range: 180.00 - 250.00 per day
