We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Property Inspector to ensure our tiny homes, RV sites, amenities, and common areas consistently meet Firefly Resort's quality standards.
Position Overview
The Property Inspector is responsible for conducting detailed inspections of tiny homes, RV pads, resort amenities, and common areas to ensure every guest arrives to a clean, safe, and guest-ready experience.
Using company technology and inspection software, this individual will complete digital checklists, document issues, submit photos, and communicate findings to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of tiny homes, RV sites, amenity areas, and resort facilities.
- Complete digital inspections using company mobile applications and software.
- Follow standardized inspection checklists and quality assurance procedures.
- Verify cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest readiness.
- Identify maintenance, safety, landscaping, housekeeping, and operational concerns.
- Photograph and document deficiencies within the inspection platform.
- Ensure RV pads are clean, properly maintained, and guest-ready.
- Verify inventory, furnishings, supplies, and guest amenities are properly stocked.
- Report issues promptly to housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.
- Perform follow-up inspections to confirm deficiencies have been corrected.
- Assist with routine property audits and quality control initiatives.
- Help maintain Firefly Resort's reputation for excellence and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to walk long distances throughout the resort and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, property management, inspections, RV resorts, or vacation rentals preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using inspection or property management software.
- Knowledge of hospitality cleanliness standards.
- Basic understanding of maintenance and property operations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
