Duties
- Assist with mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete for various structures, ensuring smooth and level surfaces.
- Support rebar installation to reinforce concrete elements according to project specifications.
- Help construct formwork and scaffolding necessary for shaping concrete during pouring and curing processes.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to cut, shape, and install masonry materials.
- Perform masonry tasks
- Follow construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for all team members.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery used in concrete and masonry work.
- Experience with construction
- Proficiency in rebar installation, formwork construction, concrete cutting, pouring, finishing, and pumping.
- Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques, scaffolding setup, and heavy equipment operation.
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols including OSHA standards.
