We are seeking a part-time (0.50 - 0.75 FTE) to join our Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes Division our Department of Medicine. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong clinical abilities with a particular interest in the area of diabetes. Responsibilities include providing clinical care for patients referred to the Hennepin Diabetes and Endocrinology Clinic, providing inpatient consultation, and educating medical students, residents, and fellows. The successful candidate should also should possess excellent clinical skills and a commitment to teaching.

Minimum Qualifications

MD or DO degree. BC/BE to practice as a physician in Minnesota

Completion of an ACGME, AOA or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada accredited training in Residency training program in Internal Medicine.

Completion of an ACGME, AOA or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada accredited training in Fellowship training program in Endocrinology.

Board certification in Endocrinology is required within 4 years of completing training.
