Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate CNAs (certified nursing assistant) to join our healthcare team for 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts, exact schedule TBD. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be committed to providing high-quality care in an Assisted Living setting. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' health and well-being by performing essential nursing assistant duties and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Support patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to uphold patient care plans.
- Document resident information accurately in care logs.
Requirements
- Valid CNA license in CT is mandatory
- Experience in acute care or long-term care settings is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
