- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain and update intake records accurately within the company's database systems.
- Resolve any intake-related issues by collaborating with relevant departments to ensure client needs are met promptly.
- Assist in the development and improvement of intake procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a healthcare or customer service role involving intake or client coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
