Take full ownership of on‑site delivery, safety, quality, and schedule

Manage subcontractors and self‑perform crews in a hands‑on field environment

Coordinate closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless execution

Drive project schedules using Procore and Microsoft Project

Maintain a strong safety culture and lead by example on site

Oversee multiple workstreams across varied commercial project types

Serve as a mentor and leader to junior field staff
