$8,300–$8,700 Monthly Pay

Work collaboratively with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff
Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents
Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
Previous Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Dependable attendance and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight shifts
