Position Summary
We’re seeking an onsite Nurse Practitioner to provide functional/integrative medicine care and act as the clinical HBOT provider. You will evaluate patients, prescribe and document HBOT orders, oversee clinical safety, lead functional health visits, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary, credentialed team. Training in HBOT is provided — learn and grow with experienced, nationally accredited HBOT nurses.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive functional/integrative health visits: history, exam, ordering/interpretation of labs, individualized treatment plans, and follow‑up care.
- Serve as onsite HBOT prescribing clinician: evaluate candidacy, write/sign HBOT orders, document medical necessity, and perform periodic reassessments per protocol.
- Oversee clinical HBOT care in collaboration with HBOT‑certified nurses; respond to clinical escalations and review incident reports.
- Order and manage advanced IV therapies (including ozone MAH where appropriate), peptide/injection protocols, and nutraceuticals within clinic protocols.
- Provide patient education, obtain informed consent, and set realistic expectations.
- Work closely with in‑house trichologist and licensed counselor for coordinated care.
- Contribute to clinical documentation, EHR order sets, and QA processes to support billing and compliance.
- Participate in patient‑facing education and discreet, high‑touch client experiences.
Who You Are
- Active NP license in Maryland (or eligible). National NP certification (FNP or relevant).
- Nursing Clinical experience (2+ years preferred); prior functional medicine, infusion clinic, or aesthetic experience a plus.
- Comfortable prescribing and supervising HBOT (training provided). Interest in learning HBOT and integrative modalities.
- Strong documentation skills and EHR competency.
- Professional, discreet demeanor suited for high‑end clientele and experience‑based care.
- Team player who collaborates with credentialed specialists and supports clinic growth.

Compensation & Scheduling Notes
- Set M–F hours required (specific schedule negotiable at hire).
- Competitive pay + commission on initial functional & HBOT consults and retail sales.
Pay: $57.00 - $60.00 per hour
