Position Overview:
This is a multi-faceted role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats. You will support both the front-end retail experience and behind-the-scenes operations, including e-commerce, inventory, and administrative tasks. No two days are the same, and adaptability is key.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers on the sales floor, providing a welcoming and knowledgeable experience
- Manage and update website content, including product listings and basic maintenance
- Photograph jewelry and products for online and marketing use
- Handle merchandising and in-store displays to maintain a visually appealing space
- Track and manage consumables and supplies
- Enter and maintain accurate inventory records
- Process, package, and ship orders in a timely manner
- Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with website platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or similar preferred)
- Basic photography skills (product photography experience a plus)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) preferred
- Comfortable multitasking and shifting between responsibilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Retail experience is a plus, but not required
