Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Delivery Coordination Specialist to manage and oversee delivery scheduling, tracking, and coordination processes. In this role, you will ensure that deliveries are properly scheduled, monitored, and completed on time while maintaining clear communication with internal teams, clients, and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules and logistics operations.
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipment status and provide real-time updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve delivery delays, issues, and discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation.
- Prepare reports related to delivery performance and timelines.
- Assist in route planning and optimization where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and delivery standards.
- Support customer inquiries related to delivery status and scheduling.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tracking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-service oriented mindset.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility based on operational needs.
