Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and CEO. This highly visible leadership role will oversee operations across their locations while helping shape the company's future through process improvement, team development, and operational strategy.
What You'll Do
- Partner with executive leadership to drive operational strategy and business growth.
- Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of technicians through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Oversee daily operations, including production scheduling, technician routing, inventory management, fleet operations, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop systems and processes that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize technology and data to optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and overall operational performance.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of operations, logistics, or field service management experience.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in operational planning, budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the lawn care, landscaping, field service, or related industry is a plus.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
