Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Oversee customer service interactions, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients.
- Handle cash handling, POS transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain operational standards by supervising shift management, scheduling staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
