Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Phenomenal Rehabilitation. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs and developing tailored treatment plans to promote recovery and improve mobility. Your expertise will be vital in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as trigger point therapy and manual techniques.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and home care strategies.
- Document patient progress and modify care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience in outpatient clinic settings preferred.
- Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare teams.
