Randolph Construction Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/Estimator to oversee educational, municipal, commercial, and private construction projects throughout South Florida.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and project closeout.
Responsibilities:
· Manage projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout.
· Prepare estimates, bid packages, and subcontractor scopes.
· Develop and maintain project schedules.
· Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and permit requirements.
· Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
· Prepare monthly owner reports, pay applications, change orders, and project documentation.
· Monitor project budgets and profitability.
· Assist executive management with strategic planning and operational initiatives.
This position is best suited for an individual who enjoys working in a small-company environment and is comfortable taking ownership of projects, problem-solving independently, and participating in various aspects of project delivery beyond traditional project management responsibilities. Candidates seeking a highly structured corporate environment with large support staffs may not find this position to be the right fit.
