MedGyn Products, a rapidly growing manufacturer and distributor for medical devices in the Women's Health industry. We are seeking a driven, high-energy Inside Sales Representative focused on new customer acquisition. This role is for a true hunter — someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, opening new accounts, and closing net-new business.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through high-volume outbound prospecting
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Qualify leads and uncover customer pain points
- Deliver virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Skills
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of closing net-new business
- Comfortable with 50–100 outbound touchpoints per day
- Highly self-motivated and competitive
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM tools
