Equipment Operator / CDL-A Driver
What We Offer:
- This position is full-time, hourly, up to $65k + annually. Pay based on experience.
- Consistent schedule M – F, with rotating Half Day Saturdays from April to July.
- Year-round work.

What You'll Do:
- Load trucks & trailers with equipment like Skid-Steer's & Front-End Loaders.
- Operate Heavy Equipment to produce products as needed.
- Deliver materials such as mulch, aggregates, and topsoil with trucks as small as an F-550 up to a Semi-Truck with belt floor trailer.
- Professionally communicate with customers during loading & delivery.
- Complete Pre- and Post-Trip inspections of vehicles.
- Preventative Maintenance & Repairs on trucks & equipment.
- Be available for snow plowing & salting in winter weather. All snow work is time & half pay.
Who You Are:
- Have a valid CDL-A without a manual restriction.
- Enjoy having a variety of different types of work to do, outdoors, each day.
- Understanding of Commercial Diving Laws and safe equipment operation.
- Experience, or willing to learn, operating Heavy Equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, Bobcats, Front-End Loaders, & Excavators.
- The hustle to complete work within a time-sensitive schedule.
- Able to meet and exceed expectations for efficiency and quality.
- A willingness to help out with all tasks withing the operation.
- Can work well with others in a seasonally fast-paced environment.

- Must possess a clean driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation to work.
- Must be physically able to perform duties and enjoy working outdoors year-round.
