Residential Carpenter
$30–40/hour + Excellent Benefits 4-Day Work Week Vashon Island
My name is Greg, and I own a small residential construction company on Vashon Island. We've built our reputation by doing quality work, treating our clients with respect, and building projects we're proud to put our name on.
I'm looking for another carpenter who shares those values and enjoys doing quality work alongside a small team of good people. We aren't a production builder. We believe in doing things right, communicating well with our clients, and creating work that will still make us proud years from now.
I'm looking for someone who's interested in finding a long-term home, not just their next job.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of residential carpentry experience
- A genuine respect for our clients, their homes, and the job we're doing
- Pride in producing quality work and paying attention to the details
- Comfortable with framing, siding, windows, doors, interior trim, cabinetry installation, and general residential carpentry
- Able to work independently while also being a dependable member of a small team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
