What to Expect
The Maintenance PPM Coordinator leads the planning, execution, and improvement of the Cathode Materials’ Preventative Maintenance Program. Successfully managing this critical program enables the organization to proactively address equipment issues and avoid undesired and costly downtime. The PPM Coordinator will work closely with the Maintenance Spares Team and Scheduler, production teams, and maintenance technicians on a regular basis. This role will also update equipment files and records, preventative maintenance strategies, previous repairs plans, operating procedures, control narratives, and general maintenance and operational documentation to be properly sorted in the Maintenance and Operations department’s SharePoint.
What You'll Do-
Evaluation of PM Schedules in Cathode’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) EAM for clear objectives, materials and tools required, and execution details

Ensure all PMs are appropriately planned, kitted, and executed on a monthly basis to hit the organization’s PM Completion KPI metrics

Interface and communicate with various layers of leadership, highlighting status of PM/Work Order status and articulate risks or obstacles ahead of time to avoid overdue PMs

Consolidate and organize equipment records, electrical one and multiline drawings, inspection records, previous repair plans and compliance related documentation in the department’s SharePoint file structure

Develop detailed work packages for efficient field execution, inclusive of cost & resource estimates, material procurement, and QA/QC requirements for base maintenance as well as planned outages

Track appropriate deferrals and ensure PM Work Orders are updated with appropriate closure text

Manage SharePoint file structures for both the operations and maintenance teams
What You'll Bring-
5+ years in an industrial manufacturing environment, with experience supporting maintenance organizations in the development and execution of detailed job plans

Basic understanding of process instrumentation (e.g. flow, temperature, and pressure transmitters), rotating equipment, mechanical precision, and electrical distribution systems

Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve, with demonstrated ability to identify business process issues and drive process improvement

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and previous exposure to SAP, EAM, or similar CMMS
Essential Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods

Prepared to use a PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) on a regular basis to conduct field walks
