We're hiring a Vendor to sell our bottled honey (plastic and glass), beeswax candles, and other honey-based products. You'll provide great customer service, handle cash, and keep your workspace clean and safe per food industry standards.
Duties
- Display and sell honey and beeswax candles, ensuring product quality
- Keep work areas and equipment sanitized per health regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately at the register
- Answer customer questions about honey varieties
- Monitor inventory and restock as needed
- Work with the team to keep service timely
- Follow all food handling and safety procedures
- Do basic math for cash and inventory tasks
Requirements
- Food industry experience preferred, not required
- Knowledge of honey products and food safety standards
- Able to handle cash and process card payments with the Square app
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Team player
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must have a car
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. work authorization required
