EZ Furniture Appliances Electronics is looking for an energetic, outgoing Sales Specialist who enjoys talking to people, promoting products on social media, following up with customers, and getting paid for results.
We help hardworking families furnish their homes with furniture, appliances, electronics, and flexible financing options. We are looking for people who want to grow their income, develop their sales skills, and build a career with a growing company.

You should be comfortable approaching customers, making phone calls, following up with leads, and using Facebook and social media to create your own opportunities.
The ideal candidate:
- Is bilingual in Spanish and English
- Has an outgoing and positive personality
- Enjoys talking to people and building relationships
- Is comfortable using Facebook, Marketplace, and social media
- Is motivated by goals, commissions, and bonuses
- Is willing to follow up with customers instead of waiting for the next customer to walk in
- Wants an opportunity to increase their income and grow within the company
What You’ll Do
- Help customers find furniture, appliances, electronics, and other products for their homes
- Explain financing and payment options
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, and social media
- Generate new customers through Facebook, Marketplace, referrals, and personal outreach
- Post and promote products and special offers online
- Work toward individual and store sales goals
- Build relationships that create repeat and referral business
- Assist with store promotions and special events
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and ready for customers
- Provide friendly, professional customer service from the first conversation through the sale
Requirements
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with social media and technology
- Dependable, organized, and motivated
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right personality
- Willing to work Saturdays and key retail hours
