We are currently seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and inspire our classrooms while supporting the development of both students and fellow teachers. A Lead Teacher plays a critical role in shaping educational experiences, coordinating with administration, teachers, and parents, and ensuring that each child receives personalized support.
Lead Teacher Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting their own classes while incorporating the needs and preferences of teachers, administration, and parents into educational plans.
- Meeting with parents to discuss student goals, progress, and needs.
- Coordinating with administration to create individualized education plans for students.
- Observing other teachers’ classes to provide constructive feedback and alternative teaching strategies.
- Assisting teachers in lesson planning and solving instructional challenges.
- Tracking and evaluating student progress to identify growth and areas needing attention.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
