Your Role as Academy Support :
The Academy Aide is responsible for contributing to the curation of a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. They assist with meal preparation, serving and cleaning. They will also be responsible for assisting with breaks and proving support to classroom educators as requested. This is a full time position.

The Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experiences:
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or early childhood setting preferred.
- Ability to support children of all ages in a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, leadership, and support staff to ensure high-quality care throughout the center.
- Comfortable assisting with meal preparation, food service, and maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and support the needs of the center throughout the day.
Job Type: Full-time
